Solid win. Just wish we had shut the door a bit earlier and kept them from long drives and taking up so much clock. Wanted to see more of our O. It was fun to watch.

In short, maybe not quite as encouraging as the Virginia or NC St openers, but Cuse's offense is pretty sharp, even with a new qb. Hats off to them.

9-3 is looking a lot more solid. 10-2 looking more probable. It was never really in question, which is always nice.

Cuse is def better than those UVA and NCSU teams

They played a lot of guys on defense. 21 players with a tackle. I think it's good to get the younger guys that experience in a competitive game. It'll payoff in the future.

No he did not. It's the go-to when we don't find success in the 2nd half on offense.

Cuse is def better than those UVA and NCSU teams

Already adjusted for opp strength. 19 pt win vs a 42 pt win and a 36 pt win...we absolutely cremated both of those teams.

Nc St, about equal preseason. They were 9-4 the prior season and finished 3rd in the ACC. Cuse was 10-3 last year and finished 4th in the ACC, but who knows how they'll end up. Beat them by more than double. But, of course, that was a playoff team and best defense in over 2 decades. Maybe not a fair comparison. OR Cuse ends up just as good as last year (hopefully), because State dropped off YoY. Time will tell.

I'll give you VA. They were pretty trash, so this is roughly equal.

Yeah, he did. It was pretty obvious when he was running the 4th string rb in the 3rd qtr.

Anyone else think Boo was held/OPI on that deep shot? He was perfectly set up for a deep INT and instead, the ball hit turf. Immediately after a DPI on our guy.

So-so reffed game, but that one stuck in my craw.
