How do I figure out my Basil metabolic rate?

Search basal metabolic rate calculator.
Check several different ones for a concensus.
I would just use it as a guide. The BMR is your daily calorie burn rate. Activity level, put sedentary so that your BMR is closest to what your BMR is without activity.

For instance my BMR is around 2000 calories sedentary. But jumps to about 2600 if I put light activity. There are some calculators on the internet that only do no activity level and some that you can vary the amount of activity.

You’re missing it champ…Florida,Bama and Georgia should all be top 3 this list is wack and we didn’t shouldnt be 4# yea we get rowdy but we’re still a good host and don’t throw piss cups just golf balls and mustard bottles..totally ok in comparison
