There are plenty of people who just need some will power. Not everyone who is obese has some sort of addiction, and chemical assists won't help them at all for longer than a moment.

But there are other instances where a chemical assist is the best option and a perfect solution.

Like almost everything in life, it depends on the person, and generalizations won't work.
Right. Because America was thinning right down before the chemical assistance.

So pick your death sentence then

1. Diabetes from Obesity
2. Cirrhosis of the liver from Drinking Alcohol
3. Lung Cancer from Smoking

That last statement is so true. I have to eat less than 1,000 calories a day to lose any weight and while that’s pretty easy to achieve my energy levels sink tremendously. My buddy is a gym bro and made out a diet plan and even with eating my weight in protein rich meals I still lacked any energy.
FWIW I'm 78 yo and I drink 45g in protein shakes daily to keep my strength up. I found that 30g wasn't enough.

Few musings

George looks great but unfortunately he's just so thin. I don't think he's quite ready to handle a full season physically. Aguilar will definitely be the guy going into game one imo.

Physically the freshman are quite impressive. David Sanders is a man. Brame, Radarious Jackson, Morris, Dye.

Linebackers will be the best we've had in a long time.

No real dynamic playmakers on offense it seems (right now at least).

Secondary will be better if McCoy comes back even close to healthy. DL isn't as twitchy but is really solid.

I'd expect OL to be better than last year. Moe was a good pickup. Pendleton is just a body. Perry will be good. Heard and Warren are in better shape.

QB play is really just a killer right now. Nico (and Carnell Tate) really hosed us as this could've been a real championship caliber team.
Don’t like hearing that about Pendleton. Hoping he has a good couple years

For a few reasons, my wife and I chose to cut out alcohol from our lives. I have also been informed recently that my cholesterol levels have started going up and I should consider altering my diet. The problem is we eat pretty healthy for the most part and I try to exercise 4-5 days per week. There are truly some things that are genetic. However, I am seeking out remedies that are non-prescription in nature to help with my cholesterol including diet changes. Prescription pills are the very absolute last resort for me.
I did the statin thing for about 2 years and got tired of my muscles hurting all the time and researched the internet and found Coq 10 and fish oil helped with Cholesterol and started on this and in 6 month it dropped 20 points which mine was not high to begin with. Since then I added Citrus Bergamot about 4 months ago and I do my 6 month blood work at the end of the month so I am hoping it goes down a little more since I added this and I have been doing this since 2016

I've heard great things about Citrus bergamot

The defense was definitely not lights out, but they made enough plays when it counted to keep Arkansas out of the endzone. Arkansas moved the ball pretty well...431 yards of offense (297 passing and 137 rushing).

Key stops from scoring was my point…we definitely bent but didn’t break..it was 100% a winnable game regardless of our horrible play.JH was part of it with conservative play calling and nico was the cherry on top…you have to score in order to win and they couldn’t.

I know a couple of people who swear by flaxseed for cholesterol

Imo we need to just pick a starter and put gmac at 2nd and whoever isnt the starter between merk/ja goes to third string. It’s clear reading scrimmage reports that GMAC is the most consistent but is too skinny rn to play, but none of the other qbs have separated themselves in a good way
