Because he threw a pick 6 in practice like every QB ever?

None of these QB's will approach the abhorrent play of JG.
JA throws a pic almost every time he steps on the field, much like JG. I think Aguilar is the better QB of the 2 but I think he's going to turn the ball over 1 or 2 times a game. He's mentally wired to throw the ball into tight (questionable) areas. Brett Favre was my favorite QB but he had the same problem. They can't help, they're gunslingers

The completion percentage and JA's last season at Appalachian St is where I'm getting the JG vibe from. Some of Aguilar's highlights I watched after he committed here also made me think of Broadway J. Screenshot_20250809_130523_DuckDuckGo.jpgScreenshot_20250809_130708_DuckDuckGo.jpg

Nope.....I turned 50 this year and I'm set in my ways. Do not try and talk sense to me.

I've determined that Aguilar and Guaratano are equally loose with the football. I will have be proven different during the season.

I turned 51, so if you have even a modicum of respeck for your elders you will reserve judgement as I suggested.

So you just completely discount 2023 when he had a better line and better talent around him?

He threw for 4 less TDs in 23 than JG threw his entire career.

I understand what you mean. However, if Nico hits 1 deep ball against Arkansas last year we are playing Texas for the SEC championship and a potential first round bye/first round home game. And the deep ball accuracy is what made ‘22 offense special.

Probably put a beatdown on bama too.

With all due respect...

Word I hear is that in 2024, JA was playing without a defense, having to try to press and make things happen to stay competitive in games. You are taking stats from one season, in a different system, with different supporting players and coaching. If comp% is your thing, then his comp% in 2023 was nearly identical to Nico's, in a far less QB friendly system, with far inferior talent, and a far less reliable run game to soften defenses and open up the pass game.

You very well may be correct about him. If you are, it will be by accident.

yeh, he doesnt want to hear that at all lol

in 2024 his defense didnt help him almost ever, their OL was trash, best skill players had just been poached and head coach was toast as he got fired at the end of the yr. Of course ol Possum doesnt want to hear it bc it doesnt fit the narrative.
