Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

Well he still thinks MM didn’t practice yet he’s commenting on a video with MM literally in it. He can’t decide what he wants
Think you got hit too hard today, talking baseball. You're behind on the conversation.

Soil said he was in the video, I said i didn't watch the practice video. then that blurb got posted with hood grabbing an under thrown ball.IMG_1333.gif

Don’t deflect now that you’ve shown yourself to be a little slow
The ball was clearly under thrown. Unsure how that makes me slow, which, Ive never professed to be fast so, fair enough.

Hood made a good play on it, but fact remains. Doesnt matter if Carl Pickens was out there.

What makes you slow is the MM topic, which is all that I mentioned. Nothing about the ball being under thrown or Hood making a good play on it.

I think you proved my point on being slow here. Thanks

That ball was under thrown.
The pass was under thrown. However, the defensive back did a great job of locating the ball early and making a play on the ball. MM did NOT locate the ball and fight back toward the ball to help his QB out. Piss poor play by MM. He hung his QB out to dry on that play. It's only one play though, and I'm sure the coaching staff will use it as a teaching opportunity.

IF there were no underthrown balls, dropped passes, jumping offsides, etc. there would be no need to practice. Just run around in shorts for a few days and then line up and play. This place gets more and more ridiculous by the day.
We've had reports like this every single spring practice/fall camp ever.

I’d love to see Hobbs take the next step and blow up this season

Jaxson Moi and Bryson Eason were the first two defensive tackles going through drills but I continue to believe that Daevin Hobbs is the highest ceiling guy in that room and a dude that can change the outlook of Tennessee’s defensive line if it all comes together.
