lol this isn’t close to accurate. They could cut the tickets prices by nearly 70% and still be within the actual +$2.2m profit that they report. They do a lot of stuff to make it seem like they are operating at near even expense/profit margin, but in reality they are likely fudging the numbers by $30-$60m/yr. So these constant price increases are bad and trying to justify them is too.
Here is where they are likely fudging up the #s:

Milton might last longer, and only cause he landed in a better situation cause he ain’t the better QB.I don’t know if Hooker is going to make it as an NFL quarterback in the long run. I do feel certain, though, that it could be a blessing in disguise for him to get released by the Lions and land an opportunity with another organization. It’s not working for him in Detroit.
I can’t believe after all these years I never knew this. And Matthews went on to become a referee. He is the ref that called Florida’s WR Gaffney dropped pass in the end zone a TD and allowed Florida to beat us. No reviews back then. Matthews bitter about always losing to Vols, but he got his revenge
Yeah the pearl clutching from media pricks and ADs who push the “no fans” agenda need to know history. But that’s not what they’re interested in.I love seeing all these old videos where fans are on the field and celebrating with the athletes and those same people are now saying "back in my day we ain't done that crap"
Kentucky may never beat us again now that they're basically giving up on funding the football teamI hope they perpetually go 7-5/7-6 and lose to us Kentucky-style every year. Just enough to keep Sunbelt Billy around and in purgatory.
Where is @BaldBiker these days? He doesnt even show when type in his name.

You can make numbers look a certain way while adhering to GAAP. Reinvesting profits and depreciating certain ways can vastly skew the final numbers. And they can always reallocate profits to the university where they can offset losses there and disappear. So you are suggesting violating standard account principals…. Interesting approach.
How many were at this game........butts clinched?????
