Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

we are def more talented than we are getting billed by literally every person in CFB media that act like we shouldnt even suit up this yr lol.....out of like 1000 people Bud Elliot is the only one that understands this.

should be a fun yr proving people wrong
Yep. I love Pearce but he decided to take plays off and not contain a lot last year. Joseph gives full effort every play and contains very well. I actually think the DL will be better this year than last and actually every level on defense will be better.

I like being an underdog. I wish they picked us 13th so Heupel could use it as they think you suck and have them ready to kick a**

Meds won't fix my issues, but thank you anyway. Glad your BIL found something that works. If he hasn't been to the VA, he needs to go and start now. Just a recommendation.
I’m sorry to hear that. Hope surgery goes good for you and thank you. He has started on his disability percentage for when he retires if that’s what you mean.

No helmet for Boo, but he is out there. I feel like this is really going to test Boo's maturity. Can he put his pride aside for the good of the team?

Not entirely necessary for your best players to be your best leaders, but they can’t be a detractor. With a team full of leaders, Im sure they want Boo to be a better setter of the standard on and off the field, so the message is plainly clear of the expectations we have for our players.

First one went great. Ready for the next one. See my doc on Monday to hopefully get it scheduled.

It's here: Vols Fall Practice #1

Biggest take away from me is that Brazzell was not a participant in stretching or the individual periods. This is not a receiver room with a lot of depth, so if it's a nagging injury that it something to pay attention to. I mean even McCoy and Kitselman participated in the stretching part. Perhaps it is a non-football issue.

Thanks for linking that!

Edwin Spillman looking legit is music to my ears. He and Carter could be dominant linebackers. We need them both to start and play well.

Defense could be sooo good
