Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

Hazle is talking about how the offense has made changes to get our playmakers in space when the other teams drop 8 in coverage. This is the most important change we need to see in my opinion.

So now we’re convinced Hazle can read a defense from the box with binoculars 😭🤣 anyone wanna guess the first play this year?…

- Colton Hood talks smack and let's you know when he wins a drill
- Put on 20 lbs of weight this offseason. He was playing at 165 last year
- There are a lot of good leaders in the defensive locker room

Our secondary could be a major strength this year. Especially if Hood has become a legit SEC DB and McCoy gets fully healthy. Boo, McCoy, Gibson, and Hood. McMurray as a solid backup. Question mark is the athleticism and depth of the back end. It would be so nice to have a Draft Day 1 or 2 safety again.

I have impingement in both and 27 years of Armying gave me the arthritis something awful. Hope you get relief soon. The first one feels worlds better for me, so I am excited to get the second one done too. Did you get the cast iron model, or the rusty aluminum?

Any success getting things service connected? I’ve heard it’s different for guard and reserve.

Cast iron, of course

I think the ten-year mark is complete crap. Maybe 20-30 years.
Just a few years ago AI professionals were thinking that was about how long it would take to get where we are now. We'll see.

The basic thought regarding lifespan is that shortly we'll cross a point where it increases by more than one year for each passing year. That probably isn't as far fetched as you might think, although it's doubtful that common folk will have access to that tech within 10 years. It's stuff like this that give rise to dystopian scifi shows, movies, and books. Rich people can live forever, allowing them to acquire even more wealth, while poor people die poor and young, and the chasm between the two grows even wider. Sucks, but I guess it still is just survival of the fittest.

Does anyone want to even be in a room with Glitch?
