I’ve only been to Colorado when I was 6 or 7 years old. I can’t remember the mosquitoes.. but I remember enjoying it there

Have you been in both seasons? I myself prefer the cold over heat generally, but winter in Alaska sounds absolutely brutal. Not even considering the frigid cold, I don’t think I could handle that many days with so little sun.

I went to barrow in summer, anchorage in winter. I enjoyed anchorage in winter more than barrow. It was incredibly expensive to go, but I can say I saw the top of the world (and I went with my parents so wasn’t my problem) I just got ate alive by mosquitoes. I was maybe 16. Went back to anchorage in my 20’s

Considering it is a rain forest and rains about 2 out of every 3 days, the skeeters were not a problem. We even had 2 out of 4 days of Port calls that we had sunshine...still no skeeters. Plus the whales aren't there in the winter. They migrate to warmer waters to have their calves. I haven't been in the winter, so I can't say with 100% that summer is better, but we had an amazing experience.

And look what it got the titans. If he doesn’t have a good year he isn’t going to get drafted high for sure. The Levis and Richardson experiments of drafting high on talent alone have failed miserably. I think that is why some quarterbacks in this years draft got there feelings hurt when they weren’t drafted high. I see no scenario a team picking Nico in a high round if he doesn’t have a very good season. But we will see. GBO

I don’t really care if he gets drafted high or not, but I know the NFL has a long history of guys getting drafted high based on physical traits and potential, rather than production. It didn’t start with Levis and Anthony Richardson.
