Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

agreed. would also be better for team and recruiting if the leaky hole got plugged.
Not that Boo was a super highly ranked recruit because he wasn't, but I do think this stuff is a blow to the future stargazers of VN.

There is zero point at going after a highly touted recruit when you know damn well you are going to go through this BS 1-2 years down the road. You are better off with the 3 star who hasn't surrounded himself with an inner circle of morons. It was different when the LOI was an air tight legal contract that actually meant something.

hmm. I strongly disagree, what you're saying absolutely has substance. It isnt me dismissing.

Does the SEC allows 105? Right now we're at 76, from reading. That's 29 chances to bring in a four or five star talent, that has good attitude.

Edit, after Boo to CO news😂

If so, its open season on Colorado players.
it's not going to take much to topple that program anyway. it didn't take off like Deion thought it would, even with all the PR and buzz, celebs, TV time, heisman. if the best he can do with a generational two-way player is parlay that into stealing a nickel from us... i think that says everything.

borderline reeks of desperation now. they'll lose more games this year, then more the next. he'll make excuses, blame people. will be less and less cool.

Swain is apparently saying that Boo is going to leave the team and walkon at Colorado, that they are tampering with him
If true, then this solidifies just how dense of a kid Boo is...

What's the upside going to Colorado compared to starting the next few years at TN, a national program in the toughest conference, where fans will adore him and he will be treated like a king?

While I don't think we will be sniffing the playoff anytime soon, we are in a much better place/situation than Co... With Shedurrrr and Travis gone, there's little if any buzz and I don't see them getting any better for the next few years at least... another talent wasted for being stupid.

He wont lose bc he nothing to lose, and everything to gain. A 7 win season is a lap around the grandstand, with roses and waves.

Its CO, they play no one.
