Even if he's right. Who's good does it serve if he is right? His own. Hurting a 19 yo's reputation, is ****ing stupid.

Report the facts. Do you see or hear VQ wildly diving into rumors? No! That's because they have actual real relationships predicated on hard work. Respect is there that they wont fire off whatever. We get frustrated as fans by lack of info.

He has his haters but his show has been there for 30 years. Probably the most listened to and called in show in Knoxville. Your job is being a TN Sports radio host. Sign me up.

He struggled to get sponsorship money for his show, so he paid it out of his own pocket. I cringe every time I hear his voice. He definitely doesn't have a radio voice.

Basilio’s summary of the Boo situation doesn’t sound terrible. Player leadership is frustrated because Boo is mailing it in. Not showing up to workouts, meetings, etc. Apparently this was an issue last season with Pearce also just going through the motions. It’s why his season wasn’t as impressive as many expected, and why he sat out a half at one point. Some guys get a little money and take their foot off the gas. The players don’t want to see a repeat and are trying to get Boo to correct it.

In my opinion it seems very fixable but will be determined by Carter.

That's the stuff that played into the reports of "major character flaws" with Pearce prior to the draft.

Boo still has to play 2 years, not sure why he'd think this was a smart idea now.

Pearce was all but guaranteed to be a first round pick. I mean he slipped 10-12 spots probably, but also didn't have any serious injuries so in a way his foot coming off the gas didn't bite him. It will 100% bite Boo, he's not a freak athlete like Pearce and 5'11" 200lb 4.4 to 4.6 DBs are a dime a dozen. Especially those with no production to back up their character issues.

Yeah and he's (allegedly) doing it after insisting he play 2 positions like Travis Hunter.

Kid wants twice the responsibility but only giving half the effort (allegedly).

Something about Travis Hunter that made him special is that by all accounts he was a worker. Dude was/is always in the gym or on the field working. He's not just a freak athlete, he is committed to the work.
