Never heard about this..but reading the comments i couldn’t imagine.. reasoning for the raid he was selling sawed off shotguns 3/8 too short..killed his wife,shot their dog while doing recon without announcing themselves who they were and shot his son who was returning fire (in what could be considered self defense) while he was retreating to better cover..Seems like the FBI has lost their integrity for a very long time now..blows my mind how everything is swept under just because they’re in the FBI..murder is murder badge or no badge.im sure the old timers in here remember this case..maybe

No doubt it was a huge mess up on part of law enforcement. back then they were facing an unprecedented rise in homegrown, white nationalism. The anti government sentiment had them scrambling to figure out what to do.

Watched a special on this, Davidians, and the arrest of OKC bomber some time ago. ill see if I can find the doc.

What about the big wins? In ‘24 held Bama to 17 (their 2nd lowest scoring game of the season), OU to 15, FL to 17 (tied for their worst scoring output for the season). What about holding other SEC teams to below their scoring averages?

Weird to pick out 5 bad losses spanning 2 seasons.

Who are the “elite” DCs? Based on your criteria of having bad games, not Oregon and their D staff (steamrolled by OSU in playoff). Not OSU - now PSU’s DC - bc they gave up 32!! to Oregon in regular season loss to Oregon. Not Kirby and his defensive prowess (gave up 41 to Bama, 31 to MSU, 42 to GT in ‘24). Not TX (gave up 30 to UGa @ home, 31 to ASU, 28 to OSU in ‘24).
