we would also have Carson and Clark on scholly

anyone think Walls might RS this year - if Sentimore comes back we would have Sentimore, Mccullers, Couch, Hood as seniors w/o Walls

it would really help that gap year next year if he could be held back and im not sure he would play too much next year

I don't see Walls redshirting. After all the work he had to do just to get in here I would be very surprised to see him RS. jmo

Good list I forgot the TE's.

This would put us at 27 commits

1 5 star
10 4 star

And would rank us around 6-8th nationally...

Except Carson & Clark may transfer and, as others have pointed out, Walls has already had his RS year.

Butch continues to do all the right things. With the way middle TN is growing & starting to produce big-time recruits every year it's imperative CBJ & staff are well received in that area after the instate neglect from the previous regime. Doing things like this is a great way to start building relationships with guys like Buck Fitzgerald & Bubba Miller who may very well have an influence on what future recruits think about UT.

Butch is living up to everything he's said. He's really embraced Tennessee and all it's traditions. Pretty incredible in a month.

It definitely seems like he is doing a lot of things right, that's for sure.

Just being curious, but does anyone think he has been "coached" on what he needs to do to win the fan base, the former players, the state, etc., back? A lot of what he's doing is common sense, but I'm just wondering if it's natural or learned.

However, whatever it is, I like it. :peace2:

good. 3 scholarships are now open.

guy didnt play, didnt want to be here and couldnt keep his head on straight despite a 2nd/3rd chance
