I wonder if there is any precedence for UT to countersue for damages brought on by his actions? It seems to me that he could be liable for the financial hits that result from NCAA penalties.Pruitt can try every which way possible, but until he actually files a lawsuit, it means nothing. Filing a lawsuit could open up a big can of worms for him...his decision.
Not yet how about you? I’m about to head to Florida with the family on Sunday and I’m nervous about the Bammers using up all the gas.
One possible scenario I’ve thought is that this guy was retained to help contribute to the investigation and the best way to get him to cooperate is still employ him.It seems insane that we wouldn't have already done this. The fact we're facing NCAA sanctions speak to him failing at his job.
I’m heading to Florida in the morning. Staying at the in-laws tonight in NGA (Drove from ETN)
Saw several places without gas and then saw places with. A good rule of thumb is that most places is the gulf coast area get there fuel imported. If you can make it through North and Central GA you’ll be okay.
After the toilet paper panic this doesn't surprise me at all. We still have over 500 rolls in reserve at last count. If times get tough there is always old socks and I can drive my lawnmower to the store......or heaven forbid.....walk.Idiots wouldn't of known a difference but prices going up if they'd just act normal
