Must mean Rodgers said yes.

Let's ride.

I don’t give a crap what it LOOKS like. Deal and fix. Only other option is the fetal position...which I heard tell is pretty uncomfortable.
I agree...I made peace with the reality of our current situation once I knew we were not getting a huge "name". We are going to have to do this the hard way. There will be no great initial class shortcut...I hate it too, but it is what it is.

The people to blame for this disaster are gone, there is no sense in pinning the punishment for their sins on the new guys. The new guys are the ones that took on the unenviable task of fixing this mess, and they won't have anything easy.

Survived all 3 seasons of Trevor. Would’ve been better if we had hired a better HC. Is what it is. I’m not quitting so errything else is background noise.
I agree. I’m certainly not quitting, in fact I’m all in on CJH and the newness of the program. It just becomes frustrating when we can’t close the kids that are in our backyard. We rarely make things easy on ourselves.

It’ll be different than the plodding, dull quagmire we were already in, so I expect to enjoy it.

One of the major issues around it being legal is there is no way to test if someone is currently under the influence of pot. Saliva tests cover up to 24 hours, blood a couple days, and urine up to a month. With alcohol you can do a breathalyzer or BAC test and know if the person is over a set limit. not a huge deal if someone is flipping burgers, but when people are driving an 18-wheeler or operating other dangerous equipment companies have to be able to determine their state of inebriation. Right now pee and saliva tests are the easiest so if you smoked last night and get into a wreck this morning you're up a creek with no paddle.
It is bullcrap...but I get it for safety sensitive jobs. Working those jobs (mine is one) is a choice and you know the conditions when you take it.

I do think they need to perfect better tests to determine if someone is actually under the influence while operating. If you are not under the influence...then you have done nothing wrong.
