IMO...... it is not the coaches we have hired that has been the issue..... it is the man doing the hiring that is the issue..... There are no guarantees with any coach that we hire.... we have seen many that most would die to get that have failed and we have seen many that are not as accomplished that proved to be rock stars.... we needed an AD that knows what qualities he is looking for and goes and gets that coach.... I’m confident that DW is that man.

If you don’t like a potential Franklin hire it’s because you don’t like him not because of his coaching ability.

Mostly. I think he's benefited from some aligning of stars and we're starting to see what he's like without that. But mostly you're right, I don't like him as a person. Same as Schiano, decent at football, not a decent person.
