Definitely not sarcasm.
That’s a hell of an idea.

Thank you. You have to differentiate yourself man. A lot of people smoking actually need it for whatever condition they have and some prob hate smoking, I get there is edibles, but let’s be real, you want candy or a milkshake? I’m taking the shake 10/10.

I wonder if Dan Mullen will be in the mix at Philadelphia. He has made it known to NFL circles that he would talk. He is a PA boy. I don’t know if he was a steeler or eagle growing up. Wentz/Hurts fit his system. Only issue is seems like a lot of rebuilding needed there.

Even if that’s sarcasm, I’ll take it. You don’t like smoking, but want to try it or smoking burns your throat, hell maybe you can’t actually smoke? No problem, get a milkshake and feel the same effects.
I for one miss the days of teenagers always in line at the gas station to buy swishers. This generation really is soft with their dabs and no one knows how to make a coke can a viable tool!!

He is wrong..and you are too this time...down is a direction I don't accept. None of these boring rejects are going to stabilize or fix this mess. I have said it before and now will say it again...I'd rather keep on giving chances to and rolling the dice on good mid tier coaches that have built winners till we get lucky as to hire one of those freaking fired boring lifeless reject losers.

We need a good coach with energy.

But you mean -recently- fired, cause I think of all the names floated Chadwell is the only one that hasn't been fired from a previous stop. Unless I'm missing someone, even Napier got fired by Clemson although he wasn't a HC then.

If Alabama, Georgia, and Florida are all top 10 programs (both in terms of on-field performance and recruiting), how can Tennessee compete against that? All of those schools have inherent advantages, particularly recruiting advantages, that Tennessee does not.

Tennessee is not a "controls its own destiny" program. Never has been.
History suggests otherwise. Second in league history from a winning standpoint. We’re big dogs and we need to act like it. Enough of this defeatist mindset.

Because they do what Tennessee can’t or won’t do: Hire someone credible and do it fast.

If Mullen leaves we all know who they’ll call and they’ll make him a big offer.

I think there’s a connection and some media people both Local and national have mentioned Doug.

Doug wanted it before so I have no doubt he would want it again knowing his days as a NFL HC are gone. The question will be can we do any better or willing to take a risk. I don’t think we will be after this mess and will need to show NCAA a squeaky clean option.

Sorry I haven't fully been able to keep to my no post oath until this thing is settled but we are close now boys. A couple posts I couldn't resist making. One last one.

Our next HC already putting a staff together. I'll be out for real now until it's announced.

The AD and coach need a good working relationship. I say AD as in Athletic Department. I don’t see fulmer being a negative thing in any form or fashion. Even if he is “too close” to the football program... he’s the one that signed off on all the insane amount of money and resources we gave Pruitt. There is MAYBE 5 current coaches who have more money, resources, and staff allotment than Pruitt has had.
Say it louder for those in the back. Group think on this site suggests Fulmer is terrible as an AD. Far from it.

Depends on the strain but a few of them burn the hell out of my throat. Would be much easier if it were in shake form.

Some say it Amps of the flavors of foods. Doesent do that for me personally but I could definitely see it being a big hook for people who love shakes

Marrone and Steele are a good start 😜

We’re big dogs but are getting excited about Marrone? Lol

Until we actually get a proven winner, we’re not beating the likes of Bama, UF, or Georgia on a consistent basis.

LA Vol said that they are bringing Steele in because Pruitt has wanted an extra defensive coach for a long time.

No. I've been saying for a while that Pruitt wants to bring in another defensive guy. And UT is bringing in Steele because it's an opportunity to pick up an experienced defensive guy who knows UT and has skills UT can use. Pruitt likes Steele. Fulmer likes Steele. Steele likes UT. It works out all around.

What I'm NOT saying is that bringing in Steele means UT is keeping or not keeping Pruitt. One doesn't lead directly to the other.

I’m not excited. The assistants or potential assistants are going to be the stars of the show.

Last time we had an nfl SC guy that didn’t work out so well.

So lay it out there.

Are they blocking just Freeze or is it a play on words?

Yeah, definitely worth poaching some great coaches with legit SEC experience/ties if Auburn is willing to let Harsin rehire.

Gardner is also a want of their former staff. (to me at least)
