We get at least one 12 man on the field penalty, if not two, per game. We had two punt fair catches where we had holding calls. And we are good for 2-4 procedure penalties per game.

The 12 men on the field penalties were on the players, not the coach. They just didn't get to the sideline fast enough when they were subbed out. That's just lazy players trotting off instead of running off.
