UT admin, like its coaches, are fools who are grossly incompetent at their jobs. They don't give a **** about UT or doing anything positive on the football field. I feel bad for the players. I hope the fans really do check out. There's no way I'd ever spend a dime at the pace we are going

Haven't listened to the pod, but according to some folks on Twitter, VQ seems to be pivoting to the fact that Pruitt is going to be allowed to make any change he wants of his assistant coaches and he'll be back next year.

So the university has the money to help make this happen, and Pruitt is still our coach? Unbelievable! Maybe the university needs to be reminded that the money they have is probably from all of the revenue generated by the football program.

If that’s the case, Fulmer needs to tell Pruitt he can’t have any say period on the offensive side. Pruitt has enough to worry about on defense, like covering slants.

Years ago LWS was a source for Hubbs and I am sure fulmer was part of the circle. Larry is getting older now and I’d say nearly all his info now comes Hubbs as their relationship continues.

LWS is as good as it gets so I roll with him.

However, I don't think this is anything new to anyone paying attention. There are different levels of "crazy" money. We've got a few of those people as boosters, but only one man has been willing to actually spend it - Big Jim. His judgement is just usually really bad given he played football in the 50's here.

Also, it's not uncommon for the athletic department to borrow money from the University - it's just uncommon here because football usually makes so much money every year.
