There was a study a free years ago where they took supplements of the shelves to test potency and something like 1/3 did not even contain the active ingredient labeled. It’s almost unbelievable.

Not really a big brace, but it’s specifically designed to keep his shoulder from dislocating. It’s not foolproof, but it’s definitely helps. That labral tear significantly increases the chance to dislocate.
