A runner friend I had lunch with last week suggested I try repeat runs to vary my training. So I did 2 one mile runs at 9mph with a couple of minutes walking in between. Umm.... that sucked. Do not want.take off a zero and switch out day for week and that is where I'm almost at. Still steer clear of snickers, never been much of a candy bar guy, cookies are more my weakness. Been eyeing the almond joy cookies in the Food City bakery for a couple of weeks now, so far I have kept satan behind me.
