Whether JG runs that or not he literally is the least agile runner I think I have ever seen, Peyton changed direction faster than JG, and I can see your point on Warrior, I wasn't trying to rag just stating what I think about him from what I've seen, I also think he will get picked sometime in Rounds 4-7

Yeah, USATODAY's mock doesn't have a TN player in their first 4 rounds... so who knows really.

The success of certain former players will help, especially since the guys graduating this year really didn't have major injury concerns during their careers. Jennings is every bit of 6'3" 200+ and that size plus his tape will have him on a lotta boards. Callaway is just as big with more speed.

Should be a fun draft, wouldn't mind it at all if my Titans snagged up Callaway or Jennings in the 4th or so to go along with Davis/Brown. Shoot I'll take Bituli too, especially if he's available in the 5th :D

It's a well done and enjoyable story. Unlike the post I am quoting here.

There's a lot to unpack in your post. It's going to take me a while. :p

Seriously though. I was hoping for a little more meat. All I ever get is "I liked it." I mean, if that's the depth of the analysis, I can see where someone might like it. I've just never seen someone look at it in depth and break down where it's great.

That said, I guess we can agree you like it, I don't, and move on. Obviously, this isn't the place for such topics anyway.

Guys like Eric Bieniemy and Robert Saleh have as good or better resumes than just about every other coach hired in the NFL this year. I would've taken either over the guys Cleveland and the Giants hired.

And that comment is a big reason the Rooney rule exists. I wouldn't call it outright racist, but there is an underlying, probably unintentional, prejudice in that way of thinking. (I am not saying you are racist, just commenting on how that comment has always been used about black QBs and coaches) That was always said about black qbs in the past as an excuse for why they never got any real opportunities. And would always be encouraged to change positions at lower levels. Now you look out and arguably the top 4 QBs in the league right now are black. You could also say the same the other way about white RBs for example. "It's a different skill set" so most talented white RBs get told they should change positions at lower levels. Now CMC is starting to prove that wrong.
Don't forget the ole, well-meaning, "he is so well spoken" comments. So cringey.

Call me crazy , but I have a hard time believing that 32 of the most successful people in the world are purposely not hiring someone because of their color. They didn't get where they are today without taking chances and being smart. If these guys think your the best they will hire you.
Decisions are rarely that clear cut. A lot of marginal decision making going on here. I mean, freakin Joe Judge just got a HC job lol.

And most GMs appear completely inept in this field, so...different skill set from what made them rich ;) Not that rich people, by any means, are free from psychological biases. In fact, they may be even hold more bias. Those above the rest can easily justify their biases towards the rest...they might even go around in a straightjacket calling everyone else plebes.
