This LSU defense really isn’t that bad. They give up a lot because their offense scores so much.

LSU would shut down the run game and dare JT Barrett to make plays in the passing game. Score would be about like this. Burrow and his WRs are special. NFL production will likely be there too

It’s not good tho. They have an elite secondary but that’s really it and only the best corners can only cover so long. The only way you would have a chance against this LSU team is to limit burrows possessions and big plays. I think all those start corners they had paired with Joey bosa and co could at least make burrow uncomfortable.

Would love to see some of these hypothetical matchups that’s for sure.

If they do the dumb playoff expansion and keep softening up the offensive rules, it’ll get broken before too long.

Clemson having 3 1st rounders on their DL last year was why they were so great. They miss they bad. They have to blitz to even get close to burrow.

They’ve got 4 and 5 stars along this Dline. They aren’t scrubs. I agree would love to see the matchup but I think LSU would win by two scores
