Haven’t even got the epidural yet
Being induced is rough. Our first was induced and my wife couldnt walk, had a painful post birth experience and even before the contractions were intense. but the second came naturally, no time for epidural but my wife was walking around in a few hours. We left that afternoon. Wild difference.

Doctors want to schedule births on their time. Issue is, body produces Oxytocin or hormones as needed...Dr doubled up on Pit during second birth. In her instance, large bullet, extra gunpowder, small chamber. Not good.

Baby was too big for her. Extra pit doubles pain. She was passing out. Baby ended up with a shoulder dystocia. Took 4 maneuvers. Took nearly 40 seconds to pull her out.

I am not pro surgery. But if your baby measures big, i would certainly entertain cesearean.

Yeah she’s having a bad time for sure.

U should’ve f’ed that coach up. You should’ve beat the crap out of him. I may have killed someone calling a child a puss y even if he was acting like one. I hate stupid people who are allowed to coach. Ref should’ve flagged him and if he doesn’t, he needs a beating.
I got kicked off the sideline in a tournament at the Greenbrier last year with our travel team for virtually the same thing. Opposing kid headhunted one of ours and put him out of the game. Opposing coaches were high fiving the hit and laughing and I lost my **** on the refs and their coaches. No flag was thrown, and the other kid continued playing.

Inducing is super scary. The idea of trying to speed that process up is pretty wild.

Anything can go wrong - although we’ve been doing since we’ve been around, the birth process is super delicate, even with all this modern technology

both of mine were induced. the first one, well, it was the first one.....so it all seemed rougher than it really was. but the wife did "fine"....relatively speaking of course.

the 2nd one....man, that one was fast. they induced, she immediately went in to labor, gave her the epi and she started laughing at how fast everything was going...the nurse told her to stop laughing, that made her laugh more, and before the doctor could even get in the room, we had a baby. i thought i was gonna have to play catch....lol....i felt bad for all the grandparents, cause they kicked them out of the suite to get everything started, so they all went down to the cafeteria to get a snack...by the time they got back, it was ovah.............

so yeah, 2nd one was waaay different.....lol.

Here is an example of how i think Moorhead is going to try and attack us Saturday. They are going to run a lot of the bunch tight sets with a RPO option. They can flood one side to get the defense moving one way and it gives them an option to either go with the flood like they do here or hand off and it puts the RB on a 1v1 situation with the outer most defender. Mississippi states RB will win that matchup most of the time.

Stoked because my youngest sons Jr Pee Wee game starts at 9am. Should be done well in time for me to watch them win (Go Odell Eagles 🦅 ), get everyone back and lunch made, just in time to watch our kick off.

I have to say.... even though we only have like 10 spots left, we sure are doing a lot of recruiting still. Both in new offers as well as keeping up/taking visits from names I’ve all but forgotten about.

Makes me think that the staff is not impressed with the senior film of some of our current guys and we see a couple decommits sometime in the relative near future.

gotta know your assignments on defense................that LB would have been better of squatting on that for a half second. don't show your leverage that quickly. you're gonna have to react to a certain degree anyway, cause you don't know where the ball is, but as soon as he moved inside, it was over.

that particular defense made it easy for the qb to decide what to do wiht the ball. you can make the QB hold that mesh point a little longer sometimes just by doing "nothing" for a split second....

bottom line, you got 4 guys in the backfield there...and 4 backers........err'body needs to know who they got.

Ding ding ding! When we had our only daughter, the doctor had a scheduled induction for Monday, but on Friday he stripped my wife’s membranes, like big Gucci’s wife had done, and thankfully she was going into labor that night. As an equine veterinarian, I always tell my clients with pregnant mares that when the foal is ready to come into this world, then mama will go into labor. In 18+ years, I had never had to induce a mare. Way too many things go wrong in my line of work when we try to speed up God’s natural process. I believe the same thing happens with people. Now, if there is a life-threatening condition to the mother or baby, then all bets are off. However, to speed the process up to fit your time schedule should be considered malpractice if something happens to the mother or baby because of inducing, in my humble opinion.

may also be expecting some guys bailing if the season continues to tank.....they're going to need back up plans either way.....more than likely anyway.....

Ha that’s almost identical to our experience.

They had he nerve to ask my wife to hold the baby in until the doctor could get there. Some reason she started laughing and he almost came out, they said don’t laugh!

it was a surreal experience, that second one....the nurse was just getting the area prepped and looked up and got all bug eyed, and was like "don't laugh"....i mean they had nothing set up yet...that nurse went to the door and literally just grabbed another nurse to help, she came in and gave a "ohhhh, ok" type reaction and boom, they were off...those two nurses really did a good job....otherwise, i wasn't kidding, i was either gonna have to play catch or that kid was hitting the floor..........

the wife had no clue what was going on, she's just up there giggling................the wole thing probably only lasted about 45 seconds, but felt like 45 minutes.

That such a well-designed play. The read is the DE, and it forces an iso between the H-back coming across the formation and the inside linebacker who has to come out and cover because the olb/nickel is already chasing the first h-back down the field.

If the DE crashes, the qb runs and it will work because all of the LBs are committed in man coverage. If the DE goes up field, you throw to the H-back who should be a step ahead of the inside linebacker (who has to assess the play fake, and then realize that he then has to run across the formation to track down the h-back in coverage).

I’d also bet this is a wrinkle off a play where both h-backs pulled to block on designed qb run.

Yea but that’s part of the problem especially having a great RB like they do. All it takes is one false step and you can be beat. Big game for our LBs.

Yep. Very well designed. Simple to execute. They have so many plays like this have really have 3 ways read it out of the same play. We have to be much more disciplined than we have been

Agreed. The DE could have helped everyone buy time by attacking the mesh point instead of charging so far up the field to where he thought the qb was gonna be.

Alternatively, he could have done what every player is taught from grade school -take on the lead blocker. If he had just reacted that way, he would have held up the primary receiver, who he would have read as a blocker pulling around. Instead, he let that h-back slip though unscathed and he was too late pressuring the qb.
