When it comes to the intangibles that make a good QB JG definitely ain’t got them. He has absolutely no anticipation which results in late throws and the fact he can’t see the field after 4 years blows my mind. Gotta wonder how bad Maurer and Shrout are to not be able to unseat him. Right now I just can’t wait for Bailey to get here...hopefully he is an EE.

On a positive note definitely thought this team played with a lot more intensity tonight. Unfortunately we have no margin for error and the coaches are having to scheme around our deficiencies. Very obvious on the offensive and defensive lines. Really hurts when it is 4th and less than 1 and you can’t get any push.

Really hope recruits saw how much Pruitt played true freshman tonight. You can also see our two most talented players on either side of the ball in Gray and Toot Toot are true freshman. Both are going to be stars.

That being said Jennings is everything you want in a competitor and he deserves better than this. Feel bad for him because he has sacrificed so much for this University and been on some of the worst teams.

What in earth besides having a Vol NC ring gives you the impression that he is ready to take this program to greatness without the inevitable learning struggles that every first time coach, including Pruitt goes through?

Don’t tell me it can’t be worse. I’m not looking to take the program from a 2 to a 2.5.

I have zero clue. I live very close to a former VFL who told me that a lot of former players wanted Tee. I’m am not an insider at all and have zero sources other than having an occasional beer with said person at neighborhood events.

And in Tennessee fashion it would be the "Big One" and Meyer would die on the sidelines.

I really do wonder what’s going on in Phil’s head and our boosters. Does Phil already have his mind made up that he made a mistake?

didnt even watch the game, went out and had a great time! knew we were up 13-10, they showed JG throwing 2 ints?

Not surprised at all, except we kept it close, maybe we keep improving and dont lose the trust of high school players

Honestly.. I blame all this on kiffin.. when he left , we were forced with a desperation hire... then you know how it goes from there...

I had that talk with someone today, If we would've promoted someone for a year instead of rushing into a higher we would be in a much better place then we are now
