Love it...I was hiking all over in Escalante, Arches and Canyonlands the first week of August and it was 100° and did just fine...dry heat just doesn't feel as hot to me, especially since there is almost always a little breeze in the desert. It feels hotter here to me when it is 90° and 80+ humidity...I hate the dog days in the south with a passion.

It's funny...I went up in the San Juans for a couple of days on that trip on the Million Dollar byway, and it got down into the 30s two nights while were camping..I like to have froze to death...lol.
