FF post noting Miles Jones is not on the roster. Between this and Macdonald, just sort of odd stuff. Or maybe he simply opted out and it wasn't newsworthy.

Oh Georgia, how do I hate thee? Let me count the ways.

My child turned 16 recently. We were going to head over to the DMV today to test for her license. Last night I thought, let me look online to make sure I've got everything I need. Online I see that we need to make an appointment for the road test. So I check my local center...the first available appointment is October 16. I checked every other center in the state that does the road tests. None of them within two hours of where we live has an open slot before September 29. Feeling that this has to be some kind of mistake, I called the center (which, actually, is the number to the state office in Atlanta...the phone number for all of the centers is the same) and spent a total of about an hour and 15 minutes on hold before I spoke to someone. That was actually two calls...the first one ended when the person answered my call after about a 30 minute hold. I could here the other voices, tapping keyboards and shuffling papers in the background for about 2 seconds and then it disconnected. On my second call, I was on hold for a little over 40 minutes before they answered. The lady was nice, but she did confirm that the appointment slots are accurate.

If you live in another state and it's like this, please don't tell me. I'd rather sit here and continue to believe that this whole state is a caricature of its state unversity's football team. A bunch of people whose granddaddy did something noteworthy at one point in time, and they are going walk around like they've got some kind of claim to current greatness.

Since you asked not to be told, I won't tell you about Texas. I will tell you that Texas offers an option wherein you can pay an approved private company to administer the road test. Don't know if Georgia offers that option, but it was well worth it. Something you might want to check out.

I think Jones Jr is going to make a bigger impact than most think. He has the experience, which translates to game focus/mentality... I know no one is talking about him, but I think he and Gibbs play nice roles with Tillman, Keyton, and Wideman/Hyatt... Palmer will be the go to guy, but I think we are in better shape than most think. All depends on the QB I'm afraid...

So Shrout is better than Practice JG, who by all accounts is decent, and maybe ends up starting. That's actually encouraging. That also gives us Bench JG as the backup, and he too is decent. I like it.
Shrout has the better arm but I like Maurers mobile and scramble playmaking ability.

OK. I won't tell you.

Basilio just confirmed that HB is indeed quarantined.

Also said JT Shrout has taken a large step forward. He now has the head knowledge to match his big league arm.
I will believe it when I see it, but multiple sources saying the same thing is encouraging. I don't care who gets the nod as long as who gets the nod, gets it.

Yep. and if you sign up, it's some dude letting you in the back door of the DMV.

Intresting on JT. I didnt expect much from him figured he wouldn't get much of a shot because he wasn't one of their guys.

Can’t teach arm talent like his, and he is the most natural at the position. Doesn’t play frantic, is composed, and floats the pocket nicely, reads the blitz well, and aside from some throws he shouldn’t of made last year but did it anyways because “he has the arm strength to be able to” he would have probably of been the starter if he would of went mistake free during repeated drives.

Prime mistake he made was running out of bounds without stretching the ball to the first down marker on third down.
