There is a difference between caring and jumping off a bridge when your school doesnt get a recruit that YOU think is the answer.

not sure what you mean. The thread was specifically started to make fun of people who follow and care about recruiting. Recruiting happens to show what direction a program is taking.

its not poking fun at them for caring. its poking fun at them for obsessing SOOOO much over certain recruits that, in the grand scheme of things, will not make THAT big of a difference in our football program.

It was started to help the people who take it to the extreme

You know the ones who will air their frustrations at a 17year old on twitter and facebook

No. This thread was started to make fun of people that can't handle their emotions over recruiting. It's silly. It has nothing to do with caring about the program and recruiting. Some people can handle it, some can't. If you fall into the latter category fine, but come here for solace. There will probably be a whining thread added soon.

UT recruited well from 2000-2007. Tell me, which direction did the program go?
