But also reminds me of a fun fact: the time between the first and last dinosaurs is longer than the time between the extinction of dinosaurs and right now. By about 3x longer.

Those MFers lasted hundreds of millions of years when the average specie is luckily to survive 100,000 years.

Those are gawd awful! Not as bad as the Adidas checkered jerseys but awfully close. I wouldn’t take one if they were free. Those’ll be on the clearance rack at Burlington Factory day after the season ends.

Tbf defensive recruits have a 1.3x multiplier.

Aka raw defensive talent matters a ton.

Raw offensive talent is much more moldable by a good offensive scheme. Hype threw together a bunch of Jermy offensive recruits with a couple transfers and put together the #1 offense in just 2 years. #7 in Y1. 3/4 seasons have been top-12 in national scoring. Even 2023 was top-35 (75th percentile).

We'll be fine.
