Greatest show I ever saw, out of the many upon many, was My Morning Jacket at Bonnaroo in 2008...and, it was flooding, absolutely pouring down. They played for 4 hours in it; and 10's of thousands got to witness everything a legendary gig is made of.

I know the UFL isn't super popular, but there are so many cool features.

They just had the backup qb on the sideline interpreting the play call live from the OC and explaining why.

And they let you hear the officials talking to each other live. I know the football itself isn't on a great level, but I love all the entertaining access as opposed to the stupid interviews with cosches where they say nothing at all.
