Yeah but... the furthest East team in any of those regionals was TCU.... you can't use the results of those regionals as evidence that West coast baseball is good. It could be, but that's not proof. A West coast team was going to come from all of those regionals.Doesn't matter, they beat who was put in front of them. I can't make same statement for Vanderbilt, Texas, Mississippi State, Florida, Kentucky, Alabama.
I watched both of them in their prime also (as well as Jerry Rice and Calvin Johnson). The only thing you're correct about is that there is no debate. Fitzgerald was far better than Terrell Owens. Your claim to fame on this board is being a horrific judge of talent.
I don't understand the hate that D4H gets on here sometimes. That Ryan Williams being better than Jeramiah Smith take is outstanding. It's one that I kind of thought of in the back of my mind, but I almost assumed that everyone else was seeing something I wasn't trained enough to see. Smith looks like a 6th grader playing against a bunch of 4th graders. He looks NFL ready from a physical standpoint, but when he gets to the NFL, he will be a Dez Bryant type, just like you said. Good, but not generational. Ryan Williams has the nimblest of feet. That quick twitch and speed goes beyond what even NFL guys can do. Major respect to D4H for not just going along with what everyone says but trusting his own eyes. Of course he is occasionally wrong with some of his takes, but I would be willing to be that he is one of the smartest, highest IQ guys on this board.Fair enough. We'll just have to agree to disagree cause you're not gonna convince me and I guess I'll never convince you.
