Yup, that's where I bought my second Subaru in 2009. Hated to give that car up. Wished I still had it. When I traded for CRV, had just fixed one HG leak, 1 wheel bearing, differentials front left and right, had new tires, and drive shaft (Subaru covered $375 of that work bc I raised hell).
Still needed other HG and Oil Pan leaks fixed and another wheel bearing.
The final straw was the drive shaft falling out of the car, into the interstate on way back from fishing. I was physically mad.
Made a mistake trading versus selling privately. Obviously I'm anal retentive, and yes I keep every receipt. All of them.
One other drawback with kids is lack of room in a Subaru. One thing I like about the Toyotas is the additional roominess.
they're just better vehicles.
