Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Yup, that's where I bought my second Subaru in 2009. Hated to give that car up. Wished I still had it. When I traded for CRV, had just fixed one HG leak, 1 wheel bearing, differentials front left and right, had new tires, and drive shaft (Subaru covered $375 of that work bc I raised hell).

Still needed other HG and Oil Pan leaks fixed and another wheel bearing.

The final straw was the drive shaft falling out of the car, into the interstate on way back from fishing. I was physically mad.

Made a mistake trading versus selling privately. Obviously I'm anal retentive, and yes I keep every receipt. All of them.

One other drawback with kids is lack of room in a Subaru. One thing I like about the Toyotas is the additional roominess.

they're just better vehicles.
piece of junk (in my best uncle Si voice) but you loved it anyway. Makes sense….

Remember that Richard West posts a bunch of nonsense. He is occasionally correct. But more often than not, his post are pure bull 🐂 poop 💩.
Or he just posts what people guess on here. I saw that number in some posts a few days ago on here.

North of 200 million. For one school. It's amazing that one apparel company has that much money to spread around and that it's profitable to distribute money in that fashion.
Looks like Adidas had revenue of $25 billion last year. Huge in the soccer world. They will get a cut of every piece of apparel sold, and their logo will be seen at every coach press conference, sporting event, and on most fans.

In 2015 and 2016, Nike signed 15 year deals with Texas and OSU for $250 million and $252 million respectively. We aren't getting close to that after an amendment in 2017. We top out at $5.7 million this next academic year. Unless Nike makes a huge jump, I understand why we are shopping it. Our fan base will buy apparel.

Phillips is playing baseball today
He’s nasty right now. That slider has some major movement on it.

Ump has a little larger strike zone for Bama than us. They are getting calls on the corners that we aren’t getting when we throw in the same place.
