He's probably wanting a guaranteed starting spot while Aguilar would probably be happy just to land on a good team with a fair shot to start after all he's gone through since leaving App State. I don't think Angeli is the type of player where someone on Tennessee's side would tell him he's a lock to start.Thought Angeli would be before Aguilar, Idk though.
He will simply provide depth and competition imo.I think Aguilar will do fine...
60% passer with 850 attempts, 56 TDs to 24 INTs and he's only thrown 2 or more INTs in just 6 of his 25 games. 452 rushing yards for his career with 5 TDs is also pretty good.
He's also a bit bigger... listed at 6'3" 220lbs when he was at App State.
Last year his passing #s were worse because they were constantly having to play from behind as the defense was trash. Which lead to lower completion % and more INTs.
