Being serious, I don't think we get a big name like Altmyer. My guess is their schools pony up to keep them and avoid the exact situation we're facing. We're just getting some kids raises. We'll bring in a "depth" guy, which I'm not even sure is worth it. Several other positions we could try and upgrade at if we're not getting a clear cut #1 QB.

When did Altmyer become a big name though? 3 star QB Kiffin signed from Starkville, one decent season out of four. He’s serviceable IMO, but not a big name.

Tennessee recruits Georgia and the Atlanta area much more than Kentucky, so there's a greater benefit to playing GT. They're just trying to create a narrative that SEC teams are avoiding them.

Everyone recruits elsewhere. That’s probably Louisville’s problem with getting OOC games. OM going for Washington St instead is just them building a resume on easy games tho. Louisville/OM in Nashville would’ve been a good neutral site matchup.

Hooker wasn't a big name either and not even who Heupel wanted. But, we see how that turned out. Some players just click better with certain Offense's and coaching staff.

Pro tip, if you think you've touched some poison ivy and you're outside just rub some soil/mud on the spot. It will absorb the oil. Has worked wonderfully for me over the years.
