Outside of some outliers, the money major programs are throwing around is roughly equal. We need to upgrade position coaches to bring in some ace recruiters and guys that have put players in the league to make the next jump.

I didnt make myself clear in the original post, but I meant for it to be about the report he was unhappy about the personnel at wr and ol. Having paper thin depth at wr and a ton of ?’s for the OL is valid reason for concern. Again, he went about everything the wrong way by skipping practices, events, demanding an absurd amount of money, etc. but if one of his worries was wr and ol personnel, then I can understand that aspect

The real problem is that his other options at those position groups and play calling aren’t any better now at UCLA. And his OC is brand new. And his coach is unproven. He could have taken less and went to somewhere else where these weren’t issues…

The reality is there aren’t many people who wanted him unless it was under a milly and now they have to save face.
