Those olds people listen to the sports animal or 104.5. They know, it's there ones who just wanted a nice afternoon with their kids who probably don't knowHonestly what im most looking forward to at the game today is all the old people who dont have social media being confused as to why he isnt there
They need an athletes union to bargain and to bring some structure to pay for play.My 12 yr old grasps that Nico’s camp is redonkulous. He said “Bye Felecia”. We paid him on potential to come to UT. His performance thus far has not garnered a bump. Just greed but I get why since there’s been hardly any structured model in place so it’s whatever the player dictates. I think we’ve seen the end of true collegiate athletics.
That’s the word from some insiders. Would also make sense on the “negotiations” we heard about in December/January. I think Nico likes Heupel and wanted to be here but his camp and their influence on him messed him over.Is it true that Oregon and Lanning tipped UT off to Nico’s camp trying to shop him around? Have seen that on X a lot.
I disagree. I don't wish him ill but this is not a situation where it just didn't work out and it's best that he move on. This is him trying to flex and hold his fans, teammates, and coach hostage because of greed. I do hope his agent contacts chronic, spastic diarrhea.I think it best, as a fanbase to wish the kid well.
Maybe I didnt word it well.I disagree. I don't wish him ill but this is not a situation where it just didn't work out and it's best that he move on. This is him trying to flex and hold his fans, teammates, and coach hostage because of greed. I do hope his agent contacts chronic, spastic diarrhea.
I am not one to roast decommits or those who decide to transfer. However, the way he did this matters. He turned his back on his team at one of their most important offseason events. So, to hell with himI disagree. I don't wish him ill but this is not a situation where it just didn't work out and it's best that he move on. I fell in love with the Cubs on WGN after I got home from school. Not too many mercenaries in the 70s and 80s and I really miss those timesJust watched a documentary on the 82 Brewers called "Just a bit outside"...it really just hit home to me the juxtaposition between that less mercenary sports world and this one.
It made me remember how much and why I grew up loving MLB...and why I don't now.
