It really could have...but if they had just hit 2-3 more of the good open 3s they did manage to get it would be a lot closer.

Bamas offense is just so hard to deal with even when you play good fundamental defense.

Duke better keep up their pressure on defense or Bama can come back in a hurry....and if Bama does get a huge flurry, Duke has to keep their composure to hold the line.


Bama is a really hard offense to hold down.

I predict Duke's lead hits at least 18 in the first 5 minutes of the second half.

My son had a 5 dollar parlay for a final 4 of Mich St, Duke, TN, and Texas Tech. Would pay out $1700. He lost his mind.

Michigan jacked mine up. +2800 parlay. They all hit except Michigan. I was able to cash out when the wheels started falling off though.

Dumba** needs to quit worrying about shooting 3s and hit those mid range jumpers that Oats hates so bad....actually all of the Bama players need to do that.

That is what Duke is giving them...they are running Bama off the line and crashing down on penetration.

It will be interesting to see if Oats is smart enough to tell his players to do that.

I did confirm from my MAX account (hbo) that you can watch the full game. Just do a one month subscription and call it a day. Plenty worth binge streaming from HBO/MAX for one month to make it worth your while anyway. IMO.

They’re actually a top 30 (28th) defensive team in the efficiency rankings. It’s just that 6 of the other final 8 are all top 9 in that category which is insane lol

They just almost never look like a good team defense to me. I think the fact other teams are often so far behind thrm plays a role in their defensive ranking.
