Jimmy, of course, is from Memphis. Sexton’s father was/is a dentist and pretty sure lives in my town. The Sexton’s had a long relationship with Barrett Jones’ family from church, and Barrett is named after a Sexton family member. Barrett was a center at Bama. Years ago, before Barrett was even in college, my dad had a professional relationship with Barrett’s father. In fact, I think I went on a business trip with my dad in high school with the Jones family there. My story for the day.Fun fact I just learned. Super coach agent Jimmy Sexton's son is a ETSU basketball assistant.
Will be few and far from here on out with NIL and a no sitting out a year for transfers.ZZ and Mashack were/are really great players for the Vols the last few years. ZZ developed into one of the best point guards to ever play for the Vols. Mashack built his reputation as one of the best defenders in the country. He's probably near the top as the best defenders to ever play for the big Orange. Having said that, both of these guys are some of the highest character guys that you will find anywhere. I applaud them for what they did off the court as much as they did on the court. They are the true definition of Vol for life.
I don't see how anyone can look at their college performances and retroactively put Milton in front of Hooker even if Milton ends up in the NFL HOF. Or put any blame or credit on Heup. If Milton shines, he was a late bloomer and credit his nfl cos he's, and to a lesser extent Heup, for developing him.If Joe Milton were to end up with a better NFL career than Hendon Hooker, do our retroactive NegaVols go back and bash Heupel for benching him and vice-versa for the Pumpers?
Thanks for setting me on the right course.I don't see how anyone can look at their college performances and retroactively put Milton in front of Hooker even if Milton ends up in the NFL HOF. Or put any blame or credit on Heup. If Milton shines, he was a late bloomer and credit his nfl cos he's, and to a lesser extent Heup, for developing him.
The speaker in the helmet probably disproportionately benefits Milton more than just about any other QB. He needs help with presnap badly.
