Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Anyone else deal with back pain? About once a year I’ll just randomly have my back lock up with pretty bad pain and can’t do anything. Goes away on its own after a couple days

Is it worth going to the hospital for it?

Sounds like probably L4/L5 slippage

Buy the book back mechanic

Follow it like religion

I would also see a back doctor, not a chiropractor, and get an MRI to determine specifics. Avoid surgery at all costs. Again, Back Mechanic. Back pain sucks and it gets much worse if you let it fester. Posture & stretching helps, but you need to build core (&other) strength to prevent future episodes. Physical therapy also great to do as much as possible.

Do not play with your back

Echoing do not go to chiro. Their only function is to treat things that cannot be cured. Go for the cure first.

I would’ve converted to a Hornets and Panthers fan if that trade went through. DK and Grant on the Hornets, and then Shy, Velus and Cade for the Panthers.

Dreams just never come true.

LeBron’s son has no business being in the NBA. He didn’t impress in his one year at USC. Last name favoritism is all it is.

I'm missing something. Can he not stand around during a break in play?
I believe he was the only player listed as 'did not play' when I checked the Box Score late in the game. Possible they still move him soon? Some talks about adding PJ Tucker.

You should've hung around, you may have been able to get a picture shaking his hand and an autograph, frame it and put it behind your desk in your office!
Naw got a signed Henhook Deal overlooking all my awards. And by awards I mean, silver star stickers work gives me for showing up everyday. Beside, need a place to sleep, standing up.

I genuinely don't get the dudes wearing nail polish thing. I know one that does and I am just like uhh ok. It's ok to joke about old dudes wearing their new balances, but don't talk about the gel nail polish.
All fashion goes in circles. Imagine being in the 1700s with the upper class and royalty in full makeup and costume.

Or more modern, badass Dennis Rodman in the 90s...of course you also have punk rockers with painted nails since its birth, Ziggy before that. It did seem to die off for some time before the 70s, decades maybe even a century, then revived again about 50-60 years ago by the boomers.

Then you have African tribes well known for it being a basic part of the culture for hundreds (thousands?) of years

A tale as old as time. Everything gets recycled and made hip again.
