Was thinking similar. The reported best diets for a long life tend to revolve around seafood and/or not a lot of meat.I will say health is a complex conversation. No one size fits all. In my research one study revealed that of all the healthy diets studied around the world the one consistent fact was removal of meat had the highest correlation to healthy biomarkers. They said even if the person ate chips it was still better. You have others that will swear to you we should only ever eat meat. I think the truths are:
Get good sleep
Drink plenty of water
Walk (better than RX for depression)
Try to eat in moderation.
If you do these you likely don't need a lot of RX, but never ignore family history and genetics.
West Coast sober is the wayUsed to be. Cut a bunch of sugar, eliminated sodas, stopped drinking, started fasting, started smokinand dropped 130lbs. My cognition is way better also
He doesn't really want your house, that's just his opening ploy on his really big pitch...your car's extended warranty. Is it? They don't have a house to sell. And won't, probably, until their late-40's. I swear, this could be the guy who calls me every month wanting me to sell my house. I'm not wanting to sell my house. I wish he'd stop calling.
That took less than a minute to be moved lol @Enki_Amenra
