Do you use sunscreen? Man at work says he never uses it, claims it's awful for you. . . you're supposed to get sun and the chemicals in sunscreen are terrible. I kinda believe him. . .but. . .

I went to Myrtle Beach when I was about 20 and got so sunburned I would've done about anything to go back in time to put on sunscreen. Nothing like sunburn blisters and peeling skin to let you know you're alive.
