Am I the only one not stressing over or even excited about a Transfer QB?

I'd be happy with an experienced depth piece in case of injuries.
Let Merck and Mac compete and let one or both sink or swim.
We are expected to take a step back anyway in a tough schedule. So they get experience and maybe exceed expectations. Next year, they will already have been battle tested and can build on their experience for a run.

Apparently Luke Altmyer's dad went to UT.

Dr. Altmyer, an orthopedic surgeon board certified as both a sports medicine specialist and a foot and ankle specialist, received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson. He completed his general surgery internship at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, followed by his residency and fellowship with Campbell Clinic in Memphis.

Welp back.to work, but what i can proudly report is there are no fully new narratives. That is how you get your updates without the 9.99. You see what they are trying to sell you and confirm who would benefit. You also ask what aren't they telling me. This is mine:

Right now the 3 remaining names we have been offered are:
Becht (random hospital donation announced today)
Altmyer (the first rumored guy - may be "negotiating with his team")
The ND dude - y'all say ain't good enough.


The questions you ask are - why if mentioned first has Luke not removed his name and why has his school not sealed the deal? What or whom are they negotiating against.

Why would on3 (VQ proper) say we are looking at ND kid but sizing market if we weren't confirming other options 1st. Why would they float we were considering?

Why would someone besides Becht announce the hospital deal if he was rock solid and not entering portal?
