And whatd be the difference from that and them actually going?I’m pretty sure college analysts at most major programs have subscriptions to ESPN+ and could still watch the game, which would defeat the point they’re trying to make. Might as well put it on ESPN or SEC Network.
Like I said, I think this will actually make it more entertaining for those going. IMO they will probably see more 11 v. 11 since there is less risk of “tampering”.

So possibly just a tad above my market value. My counteroffer was on the very top end, 50% raise. They met me at 45+%. The plant manager fully backing me against corporate helped a lot. Relationships with folks near the top, though not at the top, that know your value and can speak to it are important. Corporate ONLY wants to look at % raises. They're obsessed with that metric and think folks will just be happy with a promotion and a few extra bucks, no thought of the labor market at all...sad. Hell, my boss wasn't even in the conversation at all. I've learned to be sure to have someone on your side that will be a major part of the internal discussions.Did you ask for what you think you're worth? The labor market is actually horrific rignt now with all the federal workers flooding the private sector. I mean, if the company expresses how little they value you, not just now, but in future negotiations, there's no reason to stick around at that point. So I was fully ready to walk and made it known.

Also, I think it's funny people are chicken-littling about last night (kinda funny any time it happens). Ignoring that Auburn just lost to A&M in the same scenario? Or that Ole Miss also beat beat Bama in Tuscaloosa and Kentucky but had the unluck to draw Auburn twice and lost both rivalry matchups to Miss State. If they just split those matchups (granted that's a big ask vs Auburn) they have 7 losses with 3 top-10 wins and playing Florida to end the season. They have one of the best coaches in the country and should be ranked (will be now).

When Barnes got us to the dance in 2018, we had 20 NCAA appearances in 78 years. We have ZERO room to complain about anything. It's absolutely nuts. Taking S16's for granted, taking being in the AP poll for 80 straight weeks for granted. It is lunacy.

what cylinder are you taking out if its 1,4,6,or 7 its the active fuel cylinders and theres a possibility the exhaust lifter has collapsed causing the exhaust to go back into the intake which will cause this issue also you wont be able to pull the lifters up they are in a guide cup and they go in from the bottom and you have to remove head to get cups out also there is a ground wire on back of each head if one has broken it can cause all kinds of issues with fire and fuel im a service tech at a gm dealer and ive seen hundreds if not thousands of lifter issues but keep in mind there are also multiple things that can cause these issues but the 2 i mentioned are themost commonAny of you a mechanic?
2014 Silverado 1500. it wont start. I take out 1 of the spark plugs and it starts, but misses. Sally says: Spark plugs/coils, air intake, sensor, fuel delivery issue or ECM.

I'll probably go ahead and remove the heads and get ready to put in a cam and lifters if I can't find the problem before that. if you do end up putting a cam in dont cheap out on head gaskets spend the money for gm head gaskets it will save you some head ache and also make sure you change the valve lifter oil manifold its the plate thats under the intake it has the solenoids that activate and deactivate the cylinders and it is usually the original cause of failure the solenoids will stick causing over pressure of the lifter which causes it to collapse also you can take the valve cover off and start engine and watch to make sure the rockers are moving to help confirm the lifter issue just dont run long because it will wipe out the cat but the engine will start and run with only 4 cylinders hooked upThanks. Also, I'm thinking about just talking all the stuff off of it related to AFM and running on 8cyl all the time. You can actually have that programmed out if you can find someone that has an hp tuner or a speed shop than does tuning and thats alot cheaper than doing a full delete set up if its turned off that pretty much stops the chance off lifters collapsing because they usually fail when going into v4 mode most places charge around 3-4 hundred to program it out of ecmAlso, I'm thinking about just talking all the stuff off of it related to AFM and running on 8cyl all the time.
