Seahawks release Jamal Adams and Quadre Diggs..

Adams missed two total games in three seasons with the Jets and had 9.5 sacks in his career year before the Seahawks traded two first rounders for him. Hasn’t been healthy or registered a sack since. Diggs was a Pro Bowler as recent as 2022. This was salary cap driven for both but more for production on Adams. I think they only had $8 mil available before these moves.
