There could be any number of reasons. We don't tend to rotate a lot on offense so the QB and WR communication is huge in this offense IMO. The WRs that the QB feels the most comfortable with and feels he can count on will likely see the field more. Could be that Milton was more comfortable with others. Maybe Nico and Nathan will form that bond and he sees the field. Other than that, who knows except the coaches.

Theres a lot of truth in this. Thanks. Seems like honestly we almost never rotate WRs...the best 3 are the starters and get probably 80% or 90% of the snaps. Part of this is our hurry up and not subbing so that the defense cannot sub. Its a core concept of our offense and along with the extra-wide splits is what we count on to get our receivers open in "space".

I am certain that our SEC and other rivals use that fact to negatively recruit these WR...we would do the same thing...but it doesnt seem to be hurting us with landing bigtime bluechips at the position. My guess is these guys have been dominant in HS and had their butts kissed so much that they simply believe they can come in and beat out the other guys. I can see our coaches say " Well all you have to be is 1 of the 3 best WR on the team in order to start...surely you can be top 3 right? Nobody can cover you man. " All these bluechip kids think they are NFL bound....you dang sure arent gonna make the NFL if you cannot be 1 of the 3 best WR on your college team right?

Again, I am not really surprised that we havent seen Leacock in game action yet making plays...I just think its weird that we never hear anything about the guy at all. I dont remember ever seeing even Fingers posts mentioning him when he quotes all the VOL beat writers from spring and fall camp. Hopefully the kid really takes a jump this offseason and can be a factor next season etc. GO VOLS
