DeBoer would be a good get from a pure football standpoint. Only issue is recruiting. He has 7 assistants that have been with him since he was at Fresno state. Staff continuity also goes a long way but it’d be interesting to see how loyal he is. Bringing in SEC experienced recruiters feels like a necessity.

We went from a pro style offense to a spread offense with ease, they definitely could too
