Put Schofield in Fulkersons spot and he isn't the weak link.

Besides I am not giving up on Fulkerson but even if he isn't going to develop we have his minutes covered

So Pons man's the SF spot alone? Or with Jalen Johnson? Thats a ton of minutes going to two guys with hardly any experience. Besides, we need Admiral available on the perimeter. He is one of our two most consistent shooters. Putting him at the PF means you either limit his ability to get out on the perimeter, or you lose his rebounding in the paint.

No. Pons minutes increase by 5-10 which Elimates the need for Fulkerson with Schofield and williams playing together in the post. That lineup has been dang good this year anyway

What’s the future look like in recruiting? With it looking like we’re gonna be a legit NCAA tournament team for the next couple years and with this FBI investigation do we see the level of recruiting pick up?

Gradually moving toward more stars (****). But don't expect Barnes to stray far from placing a higher priority on the recruits being a good match in favor of higher rated me-first types. Being coachable, smart, and high character is working out pretty well instead of cocky with ability.

After seeing us without Kyle yesterday, I wouldn't mind us taking Tariq Owens. He averaged 8p, 5r, and 2b. It would be nice to have another rim protector. I don't know what his relationship with Barnes is like, so this might not be possible.

If you could only add 1 player to next years team what do you want, let’s say grad transfer?

Big man to go with Alexander?
An off ball scoring guard?
Point guard?

Point guard. I'm not sure who the staff is recruiting besides Harris at that position. And he seems headed elsewhere

It’s hard to say cause we don’t have a glaring need at any one place in particular. Yesterday made me realize we need help with our bigs. Kyle being out showed we are weak down there for sure.

Would be awesome to add a guard who can fill it up but that’s not really likely with a grad transfer spot.

I’m gonna say if we are going grad transfer we need someone to go with Kyle.

Walker improved as the year went along. You have to think he will be even better next fall.

I’ve leaned towards a big, but then I wonder if addition of Kent and a year development of Walker changes that at all.

Obviously 3/4 is our best position with GW & AS, so I would say best available whether it’s a 1/2/5.

Given that article on Darrington I think it’s likely we see him transfer out and hope for a hardship waiver to get closer to home.

As far as glaring needs are concerned, I would disagree. We sorely need a guy that can go score anytime he wants.
