He has mentioned it in recent articles as well, not breaking news...don't mean that as a knock on you just saying saying it's been known for awhile.

Right now he's a 6'3" 2 guard, not too many of those in the NBA....if he was 6'11" and ultra athletic that would be different, but I have a hard time seeing a team take a shot at him.

if college is the route simons opts to go, there are four schools recruiting him the hardest – florida, nc state, south carolina and tennessee.

nc state: “they want me to come in and play point guard. I talked to [kevin keatts] on the phone and he came to the game last night too.”

tennessee: “rick barnes. I like him as a coach and what he did at texas and [kevin durant].”

south carolina: “frank martin is a tough coach but he makes you better so that’s why i like him.”

florida: “same thing before i committed to louisville. Come in and play me.”

Idk about all that but SEC Basketball is on the rise. The recruiting has been much higher these last couple of seasons.
