Be interested to see if they continue to pursue Fernando with McGhee leaving, or do they keep the spot open for '17?
Seems like holding it over would be the best option, unless they're expecting even more roster turnover before next season. I would hate to have a 1 scholarship class if I was a coach.
Like I said we will take 1 to 2 more
Highlights from Christ School vs Wesleyan, lots of highlights from Fulkerson and Parker, a few on Johnson also.

Per VQ the McGhee scholarship is likely to be used on a big man transfer, that could be a graduate transfer so the spot is still open for the 2017 class, or it could be a transfer that would have to sit out next season and be eligible for the 2017-2018 season.
My opinion, I would prefer a graduate transfer, but if it's a game changer type talent I can see Barnes and Tennessee going that route for the transfer that has to sit out. Much of what they're building seems to be a year 3 rise, I can see where having a guy come in and workout/practice with the guys for a year and be eligible for that year 3 season could be enticing.
Sounds good to me. This team desperately needs to add size, by my count the Vols have 1 guy going forward over 6'9" and that's Alexander, we really need to add some size. I like the potential Fernando has, he has a college ready body, his offensive game needs to develop but I think he's a major contributor next year if you land him.
Any reason to believe we have any chance at all of landing Fernando?
Would appear to be somewhere in Florida (the state) bound at first glance.
Doesn't he have a family (kids)? This staff is impossible to read. any inside on him?
