Did Richmond play against any P6 programs? If how did he do in them points, rebounds, and assists wise?

He plays pretty consistent to his normal stats.

Georgetown - 12 points/2 reb/3 assists
Wake Forest - 8/4/1
Boston College 14/5/1
Maryland 13/5/2
Texas Tech 13/3/7

Also, the A10 is no slouch either, very deep league. VCU and George Washington have beaten UT in recent years.

EXACTLY

I prefer a freshmen that can grow into a bigger role but in the short term it's not a big need stat wise

Really need to land a PG in the next class obviously if this turns out to be the case with Fore...whether it’s a freshman or a transfer that has to sit out a year they have to land someone to play/practice behind Bone for a year...as for this year it makes sense why you go the graduate transfer route, gonna be hard to attract a highly ranked guy when Bone/Turner have 2 years left.

Yea land a prospect that can develop into a starter in 2019 or a difference making first year starter in 2020. Win big and getting a bigtime guy in 2020 is very possible

I think this guy will be better than Daniel. Based on the latter half of Fore's career at Richmond he seems to hold his own on the offensive end against legit competition compared to the inflated stats of Daniel in the MEAC. Also, I think the effort he plays with on the defensive end can go a long way to a team's mentality, such as being the first one on the floor for a loose ball and always hustling.

Why even ask?

Was genuinely curious (I know, why?)...I thought surely he didn’t take our posts as saying “the 2019 class is the most important” simply because we both were speaking about needing a PG?

In ‘15 we needed a big man, got Alexander.
In ‘16 we needed a PG and forward, got Bone & Williams.
In ‘17 we needed more help down low and PG help, got Walker and added grad transfer Daniel.

There are always needs in just about every class you sign, so stating we need a PG in ‘19 or next level PG in ‘20 is hardly some huge development.

Because you can use the same thinking in regards to our top 6 players that all will be leaving in the next 23 months. Those 6 players combine for 88% of our minutes played for the returners.

And on top of that we are probably gonna give a chunk to a grad transfer who won't be here in 2019.
